This radiator cap has an upgraded pressure valve spring, so that the maximum cooling potential is achieved from the radiator. For example, even though the coolant temperature is climbing over 100 degrees Celsius and the internal pressure of the radiator is high, the coolant will not boil over. This radiator cap is good protection against overheating because stock will only hold up to 0.9kg/cm of pressure and the coolant will boil over at 125 degree Celsius.
